Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times vary by location.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping to all orders exceeding $50.00 except when a promotion otherwise trumps.
2022 Holiday Shipping incentive for free shipping on all orders applies to all orders from 12-01-22 to 12-31-22. Free shipping applies to all domestic US shipments.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Canada only. Domestic orders ship from United States. We are currently working on shipping to some European countries.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Apothecary Teas is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@apothecaryteastore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Teas are non-returnable or exchangeable. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the tea, a refund may be processed. Non-consumable items are subject to exchanges, but must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order and must be in good condition. Items that are returned that are dirty, or otherwise damaged which was not originally communicated during the return process, are subject to partial non-refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@apothecaryteastore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
