INGREDIENTS: Douglas Fir needles, white oak bark, cinnamon, juniper, anise seeds, nutmeg.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Use 3-4 tsp of tea to 1 cup boiling water, 200°-212°. Let steep for 5-7 minutes. For stronger tea, use more leaves.
