
Elderberries are better known in their syrup form to help soothe a sore throat, and elderflowers known for their help with respiratory issues, but what they should be known for is their wonderful flavors. The berries lend a deep berry flavor and the flowers give an airy lightness to the delicate white tea base.
INGREDIENTS: Pai Mu Tan white tea, elder flowers, elderberries, blue cornflower, natural blueberry flavor.
STEEPING GUIDE: Pour 1 cup of water, heated to 170 degrees, over 1-2 tsp of tea. Let steep for 5-7 minutes. For stronger tea, use more leaves.
