Silver needle tea leaves are the most delicate of them all. The leaves are plucked from the tea bush so young they haven't even unfurled yet. They are then dried carefully and scented with the airy fragrance of night blooming jasmine.
INGREDIENTS: Silver needle white tea.
STEEPING GUIDE: Pour 1 cup of water, heated to 170 degrees, over 1-2 tsp of tea. Let steep for 3-4 minutes. For stronger tea, use more leaves.
