White Peony, also known as Pai Mu Tan (or Bai Mu Dan) white tea, is made from the first leaves of the tea plant and are naturally oxidized in the sun to dry. This tea has a gentle flavor with subtle melon notes.
INGREDIENTS: Pai Mu Tan white tea.
STEEPING GUIDE: Pour 1 cup of water, heated to 170 degrees, over 1-2 tsp of tea. Let steep for 5-7 minutes. For stronger tea, use more leaves.
